He joined the ARAMARK team in1999 serving in various operations and finance roles, including Regional Vice President, Vice President Finance and CFO and Vice President Business Development. Scott has been instrumental in the continued growth of ARAMARK's conference center business and continues to play a key role in determining its overall strategy. Currently, he serves as Vice President, Conference Centers for ARAMARK’s Business and Industry Group from the Corporate Headquarters in Philadelphia. In this capacity, Shontz is responsible for working with property owners to develop new business, maintaining existing client relationships and overseeing the operations for the ARAMARK Conference Centers portfolio within the Business and Industry Group. Because of his breadth of experience with ARAMARK, he has unique insight to the people, the properties, the operations and the culture of the organization. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pa. and his MBA in Finance at St. Josephs University. Presently, he resides in New Jersey with his wife Kiki, and their three children, Brianna, Zachary and Jaden. |

Gregory Wier, A graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Business and Hospitality Services Administration, Greg's previous responsibilities with ARAMARK include general manager, regional manager, and director of operations. |
Prior to ARAMARK, Greg was the executive assistant manager of the Adam's Mark Philadelphia, and operations vice president of Sencorp, a resort development firm based in Florida. Upon graduation, Greg was selected for the Sheraton Corporation Management training program, after which he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility for Sheraton in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Louisiana. Greg has been a member of the IACC since 1990 and is a Certified Hotel Administrator. He has served as an advisory board member to the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore and the Columbus Public Schools. Because ARAMARK Conference Centers highly values our client partnerships, Greg is dedicated full-time to building new relationships and developing ongoing collaborations with our clients. |

Ann Marie Moayedi, A graduate of University of Connecticut with a degree in Communication Sciences, Ann Marie has held the position of Director of National Sales and Marketing for ARAMARK Conference Centers overseeing the National Sales and Marketing strategy, ecommerce and direct sales teams for the brand since 2006. |
Previously, a 16 year hotelier from NYC, Ann Marie held various positions with Marriott Hotels, Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, Stouffer Hotels, Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts, Westin Hotels and Omni Hotels. Starting as an Account Executive and working her way to Director of Sales and Marketing, she has handled most major markets including corporate group, tour and travel, international group, business travel and the travel management/consortia markets. |
